The NRCA benefits students and adults by providing education on natural resource management and geospatial technology, and facilitating the use of these new skills in the implementation of local conservation projects that benefit the community.

Project location is based on county - "Other" refers to projects in one of the surround states outside Connecticut. The types of technology used in each category includes the following:
