Week-long Field Experience
You will participate with your peers in a virtual or hybrid (virtual + in-person) field experience week, staying in dormitories on the main UConn campus. (Note: arrangements are dependent on COVID restrictions).

Community Conservation Project
After completion of the CAP field experience, you will conduct a service-learning conservation project in your own town or region (at your own pace), with a community partner.

Present at the Connecticut Conference on Natural Resources
You will participate in a poster presentation at the Connecticut Conference on Natural Resources (CCNR), a multidisciplinary conference bringing together individuals working with natural resource and environmental management to share research, information, and ideas.
